Regulation FD

Reg FD leveled the playing field for individual investors by requiring issuers to provide individual investors with the same information made available to investment professionals. Despite the increased availability of information afforded by Reg FD, there remain inefficiencies in the market. In my opinion, small cap stocks are the best avenue for investors to exploit these opportunities. The purpose of my blog is to gather, analyze, and present information on various small cap stocks.
